The first live runs of BLOODHOUND SSC are now over - thank you for watching!

Get a driver’s eye view of BLOODHOUND SSC’s first runs at Cornwall Airport Newquay  

Video and data will be streamed live from inside the cockpit of BLOODHOUND SSC during the first runs of BLOODHOUND SSC at Cornwall Airport Newquay. Viewers around the world will be able to see video from inside the cockpit and dashboard readings as driver Andy Green makes the first 200mph runs, thanks to sponsor Oracle.

Before the runs start, you can see a selection of videos taken during dynamic tests earlier this month.

Run timings

The Car, driven by Wing Commander Andy Green, is due to make its first outing along the runway at around 13.15pm (timings may vary). You can set a reminder on the page to alert you when the runs are to happen.

The runs mark the final stage of a month-long series of static and dynamic tests at Cornwall Airport Newquay. Over 3,000 visitors are expected at the VIP Day to watch the runs, which will be followed by a Public Day on Saturday 28 October and a special Education Day on Monday 30 October.
