An evening with World Land Speed Record holder Richard Noble OBE.
Richard Noble OBE will be talking the audience through his own personal World Land Speed Record story. Starting with his experiences as a driver and his success in setting a World Land Speed Record of 633mph in Thrust II in 1983, he will follow this with his experiences as Project Director, working with driver Wing Commander Andy Green OBE to achieve the record of 763 mph in Thrust SSC.
Having covered his past and current records Richard will then look to the future, talking us through his plans for Bloodhound SSC, again working with Andy Green on an international education initiative designed to inspire a next generation engineers and scientists with by designing and racing the ultimate 1,000 mph jet and rocket powered car.
Tickets are £15.00 per person and are available to purchase online in advance from the Beaulieu Ticket Shop.
All seats are unreserved. Tickets must be pre-booked before midnight on Wednesday 7th May. Please note however there are a limited number of tickets available for this event, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
