It’s late in February as I write this update and the year is off to a flying start. The continued design release, manufacture and assembly of the components for BLOODHOUND SSC is progressing at great pace.
The titanium skins for the rear upper chassis crown sections are in place. The panel drill-off is starting to happen well ahead of schedule, which is great news.
It's late October 2013 and developments in the UK and South Africa illustrate how the BLOODHOUND project is really taking shape. But we couldn’t have achieved any of this without our amazing team and our partners and sponsors.

It has been an incredibly exciting period for all the team as the rear lower chassis has been completed. This was the culmination of 30 months of effort by a huge number of individuals and companies and I have to start by saying - thanks Team! The build of BLOODHOUND SSC is utterly dependent on the huge value brought by our Product Sponsors that are helping bring this car to life.

I’m late with my blog this month, sorry! Being on the road increasingly as the build progresses creates time that’s hard to make productive! The face to face meetings are really great, but then the time in the car can be hugely frustrating. Yes I can catch up on phone calls, but you can’t make notes or reference documents during the call and that very likely leads to a follow up call or email once I’m back in the office.
